OreConv
Description: Break ores, replaced by stone!
OreConv is a lightweight plugin and does not spam the console like other plugins! Break any ore and a stone block is replaced by it! This is good if you want to play legit like in real life because the physics of breaking a diamond block for example and just getting the diamond and no leftover stone from the block does not seem good enough, that's where this plugin comes in. Break any ore and a stone block replaces it!
Currently logged ores:
- Diamond Ore
- Gold Ore
- Redstone Ore
- Lapis Ore
- Iron Ore
- Coal Ore
- Nether Quartz Ore
- Emerald Ore
Commands:
- /oreconv - displays the version!

while i like this mod, i have noticed a problem with it. it may need a fortune pick or some other sort of tool to use it. reason i say this, a clever player can use this mod to get free stone. how? by laying the ore and mining it, then laying it again and mining it. unless the ores give you ingots or nuggets, or some sort of non plantable material, players can abuse this mechanic to create free stone. Requiring special tools or enchantments to use the mod may be part of the key to the solution. By requiring a specific enchantment, such as silk touch, or fortune to use this mod could be used to prevent the abuse of the mod, or simply not allowing players with the mod active to place ore blocks. It is a minor abuse, since there numerous ways to get free stone, including cobblestone generators. overall, it does help reduce lag on servers that use lagclear and other addons that remove objects from the ground. I still like this mod.
I just saw v3 and the mod could use an on and off option per player.

This plugin is for, when you break any ore block it replaces to stone or cobble stone. But you also get the ore instantly into your inventory.
I can do a remake of No Ores if you like? I'll name it Ultra Disabled Ores
Awesome, I've been watching for a plugin like this! I used NoOres before, but it's dead now. Any chance you're updating it to 1.9? Does this just generate a regular world with no ores or does it just go to town after it's generated and turn them all to stone?
Thanks!
