Op Protect Plugin
What is OPProtect?
OPProtect is here for server admins / owners that want to add a little extra security to their server. If the user logging in has OP on the server, it will prompt them with a password that is defined in the config file that is generated the first time this plugin is executed. This makes it nearly impossible for anybody that gained illegitimate access to an OP's account to do anything without knowing the password.
Features
Fully configurable password, defined in the config.yml. Gives owners an extra bit of security for their server.
How to install / use
Place the jar file in your plugins folder, then edit the config and change the password on the first run, then restart / reload the server, that's it!

Can you freeze instead of shaking the screen.
You need to fix the bug where is an OP spawn near a normal player. When he typed the password. They can see it in chat.
