OpPlease
OpPlease is a bukkit plugin that adds the command, /OpMe.
What Happens?
When you do /help OpPlease, it says that it gives them OP, yet it comes up with this message:
There were issues setting your permissions. Please re-log.
This makes them think that they must re-log, when, instead of getting permissions, they get banned.
All You Have To Do
Essentially, someone comes onto your server, and with whatever reason, they make a way of asking for OP/Ranks. Now, you tell them to use /OpMe, which is "Coincidentally" what hackers have used as a secret command in server-hacking plugins.
Permissions:
There are no permissions, as it will make this easier.
