Backpacks
Backpacks...
...allows you and your players to have their very own backpack. Actually it's really simple and not configurable, but your players will love it. Nobody likes to have stuff in their Inventory, they don't need.
So the plugin Backpacks gives you an extra Inventory with three rows with each nine slots.
How to use:
- /bp will give the player a Backpack || Permission: "bp.give"
- Now you just need to Right Click the Backpack(Enderpearl named "Backpack") and it will open your extra Inventory. || Permission: "bp.use"
The Items in the Inventory will be stored in the Config, but should not be edited!

Yes it works for all 1.7.X Versions. The Backpack inventory ist stored in the config.yml. But shouldn't be changed!
