Is something wrong with version 4.4 in Spigot? because it's 1.7 kbs and it doesn't load and version 4.3 is 10.8 kbs. I think you uploaded the API :p Oh and this problems happens when it tries to kick players for spamming or advertising, actually it does not kicks them because of this error.
