NoScope
The NoScope plugin is an easy-to-use plugin that enables you to noscope entities. This plugin is fully customizable, everything from the messages to what item you want your noscoper item to be.
When you right click the item, it throws a snowball, and if that snowball hits an entity (E.G Player), it will calculate a random number, and that is what determines the outcome of the player. The player will either get noscoped (die) or get a hitmarker. This can be shown below (Note: these messages can be customized to your choosing)-
This is what it looks like on the receiving end's side-
You are also able to edit the custom name and lore you get-
/noscope || Spawns in the noscoper item (Picture shown above)
/noscope reload || Reloads the config.yml
noscope.spawn || Allows you to spawn the noscoper item (/noscope)
noscope.use || Allows you to use the noscoper item
noscope.reload || Allows you reload the config.yml (/noscope reload)
