Very lightweight and simple plugin. Based off of an abandoned plugin by ellbristow.
The plugin provides a simple to use and easy to configure experience. The plugin allows for in-game configuration with very little trouble. You may also check the status of the weather in your game in both your current world and a specified world. The plugin also comes with a built-in information command in which you can view all the information on this site, ingame.
THE PICTURE ABOVE IS A DRAMATIZATION! THE PLUGIN DOES NOT AFFECT THE BIOMES, IT ONLY TURNS THE RAIN OFF OR ON IN A SPECIFIC WORLD!

Todo List
- Add a GUI to provide advanced configuration
- Weather specific flags for each world.
Compatibility
Features Multiworld support, but it is optional.
Commands
- /nr : Get current weather status
- /nr [world] : Get rain status of specified world
- /nr [world] {on|off} : Set status of specified world
- /norain : View in-game plugin information
Permissions
norain.use : Ability to use the /nr command
