No Physics
What is No Physics? No Physics is an extremely easy to use, extremely lightweight plugin that disables block physics with a simple command!
Intro
Ever dreamed of railroads without blocks under them? Ever wanted to make redstone lamps light up without putting redstone blocks next to them? Well then No Physics is the plugin for you! No Physics will disable, or re-enable all block physics, with a simple command.
Why No Physics?
With no physics, you could make furnaces that always stay on, you could make floating signs, you could make redstone lamps stay on without having any other blocks near it, and you could make railroads with no blocks under them. Some of the other perks of No Physics is that its extremely lightweight, and it's very easy to use. One of the other perks is that, as long is physics is disabled, if you block-update something (like a floating ladder, sign, or rail), then it won't be destroyed!

@LHammonds
The problem is that you have to put a block underneath the sand, and then break the block under it, or else the sand will fall.
I can probably make it so this doesn't happen, by doing something like when you place a block and there's air under it, It would place a block, like bedrock, then remove that block really quickly.
Thanks for creating and sharing this plugin. I tried this on CB 1.7.9 and it seems to work 1/2 way. If I break a block under sand, the sand above it will not fall. However, if I place sand next to a block, it will fall if nothing is under it. Same with WorldEdit command using "replace air sand"
I'm trying to find a solution to using WorldEdit snapshot restores that restore parts of an adventure world that have been edited with MCEdit with trap floors and walls that have sand/gravel in a frozen state but when updated with a piston, causes them to fall away. The only way I can restore so far is to shutdown the server and copy a backup of the .mca region files.
Thanks,
LHammonds
