NightVisionGoggles allows you to enter a command to get night vision. It's very useful for creative mode, when you need to be able to see in the dark but don't want to go through the trouble of digging out a potion of night vision and reapplying it every time it wears off.
After turning on night vision, the standard night vision effect will be applied to you, and refreshed periodically so you will have permanent, hassle-free night vision until you turn it off.
To install, just place the downloaded .jar file inside your server's plugins folder.
If you're using permissions, the permission node to use the /nv command is nvg.use.

Upon first loading, the plugin will create a config file at plugins/NightVisionGoggles/config.yml with the following settings:
use-permissions: If true, NightVisionGoggles will use an installed permissions plugin (like PermissonsEx) to determine permissions. If false, it will use the ops-only setting to determine permissions. The permission node to use the /nv command is nvg.use. Default: false
ops-only: Only allow ops to use /nv. This setting is only used if use-permissions is false. Default: true
effect-duration: Duration, in ticks, to set the night vision effect to. Doesn't really matter since it's refreshed constantly, so this is just an aesthetic setting. Default: 12000 (10 minutes)
refresh-interval: How often, in ticks, to re-apply the night vision effect to all players who have it enabled. Should be less than effect-duration, or the effect will wear off before it's refreshed. Default: 6000 (5 minutes)
