TakeSpawners
MySpawners is a very small plugin which just adds a little something to the game that many people like to have in a server. Pretty much, what this plugin does, is when you have a silk touch tool and you break a mob spawner, it drops the spawner. If you do not break it with a silk touch tool, it will simply break as it normally does without this plugin. This is a very good plugin to use as a VIP perk on your Minecraft server! This plugin is very easy to work with, you just drag it into your plugins folder, and VOILA! It's done, no config, or anything! Just the adding of the permission.
MySpawners has only one command, and a useless command at that. This plugin does not need more than one command considering that when you enable the plugin and give the user the permission, it does everything with action listeners and does not have to use commands.
/MySpawners - Tells you the version of MySpawners that you are currently using.
MySpawners currently has one permission, and that permission is to enable the plugin as a whole. If the user does not have this permission and he breaks the mob spawner, it will simply break and give them nothing but EXP. But, when the user does have this permission and he breaks the spawner with a silk touch tool, it will drop the spawner on the ground for the user to pick up along with the EXP.
myspawners.drop - Enables the whole plugin. (One permission. Nice, right?)

Can you add a broadcast message when a mob spawner is picked up?, for example, the message can say how long to wait until they can pick up the next and to be displayed when a mob spawner just be picked and another message when time has passed and you can pick up again.

To disable the time feature I just added in (which will allow the EXP abuse), you can just set the time to 0

Hahaha, honestly this may be a solution, a bit strange but it is certainly quite useful.
I think that if you put an option in the config to enable or disable the use of time to disable the plugin you can let it as final version for everyone.

Okay, I have just created a little config option (which you can edit) where you can make it so that after you break a spawner, it will pretty much disable the plugin for a minute (or however long you make it, 20 ticks = 1 second) so that you cannot abuse the EXP giving too much. The file should be up within a few hours hopefully.

Posted Aug 25, 2013Thanks for the plugin, it is quite useful.
But have a small problem, every time you pick up the mobspawner this give you experience, the player can pick up and place, again and again and earn exp constantly.
Is there any way to prevent them earning exp from mob spawners?
