I've seen a few plugins that handle specifically resetting The End but most of them are out of date. Woould be nice if there was perhaps a way in multiworld to set up world resets based on parameters, like elapsed time since last reset, last time a player was active in world, or maybe a randomized period after a certain amount of time. Not only for resetting The End so players can still battle the dragon, but maybe for a "resource" world as well. Maybe you could also specify whether it would just reset current seed of the world or pick a random seed.
