121 - Creative failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Came out of the blue.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the person going to the creative world to be in creative mode.
Instead i get a console error and they stay in survival.

What version of the product are you using?

Latest (4.5.3)

What version of the craftbukkit/bukkit are you using?

Craftbukkit 1.5.1 R02 BETA

Might have something with debug info? "EnderChestBlokker" when it should be "EnderChestBlocker"? Maybe, but how would this change?
