About MV2

Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with Multiverse NetherPortals

In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but not bloated! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!

Multiverse is back, and works for the latest server build! Is your server, a Multiverse?

What is an Awesome Build?

You can think of this like Bukkit's RB system, but we don't want to create confusion, so instead of calling ours a Recommended Build also, we're going with "Awesome Build" or AB. Awesome Builds are ones that we've put some more testing into, and should be very stable. Unfortunately, due to lack of developers able to work on the Multiverse suite, and the inability to achieve the normal Awesome Build quality level, we have discontinued our Awesome Builds until further notice. Our beta builds available on this site are fairly stable so don't disregard them!

    Latest on bukkit dev :)

    Looking for a system admin? PM me what you'd want me to do, and what you can afford to pay me monthly, I only have time for one more placement, so it is on a first come, first served basis.

    I probably worded my previous post wrong. More specifically, is there a build that works with spigot 1.8.0 anywhere?

    @bigredguy2: Go

    They are fully compatible :) If you want a version compiled with 1.8.7, the latest on the jenkins works.

    Is there any version that works with Spigot 1.8.0? I don't think 1.8.7 and 1.8.6 are compatible server-side.

    @nightfire187: Go

    Latest Vault, latest portals, latest core. Works fine :)

    @fifthfiend: Go

    Apparently works on 1.8.7 :) The versions on bukkit dev of multiverse should be backwards compatible

    @TWSSYesterday: Go

    Would multiverse core be backward compatible with older versions of bukkit? I don't know, I don't have a server yet to test things on, this is something I'm in the conceptual stages of doing. I could probably get a test server together and give it a try though. Do you think I'd be able to get skylands to work with mv-core?

    I updated core from 2.4 to the latest dev build to fix an issue with MVportals 2.5 portals teleporting slowly.

    So once I did this it fixed that issue but now it seems that core has broken vault. Try ed updating to the latest version of vault but no fix. Any idea if it needs a certain vault build to fuction correctly?

    Per world permissions.

    Does the latest on Bukkit Dev not work? See if the versions on here: work too

    Does anyone know whether and how it would be possible to get ahold of multiverse for bukkit 860 / minecraft beta 1.6.6, which would have been before the reorganization into multiverse core/portals/signs/etc?

    I've got this dream of doing a beta 1.6.6 server from back when cartboosters worked and you could get into skylands through multiverse.

    Thanks for any help/answers on whether this still exists / can be downloaded somewhere.

    How to allow teleportation only to certain worlds within certain worlds? Lets say I create a mineworld, a place where people go to strip mine and thats it. I would rather prefer that new players cant just mvtp to the nether and end free of restriction. I am looking to only allow tp to and from the mineworld to the overworld
