About MV2

Multiverse was created at the dawn of Bukkit multiworld support. It has since then grown into a complete world management solution including special treatment of your nether worlds with Multiverse NetherPortals

In the second delivery of Multiverse, we've broken it up into several smaller plugins that are each feature packed but not bloated! Multiverse provides the easiest to use world management solution for your Minecraft server, big or small, and with great addons like Portals and NetherPortals, what's not to love!

What is an Awesome Build?

You can think of this like Bukkit's RB system, but we don't want to create confusion, so instead of calling ours a Recommended Build also, we're going with "Awesome Build" or AB. Awesome Builds are ones that we've put some more testing into, and should be very stable. Unfortunately, due to lack of developers able to work on the Multiverse suite, and the inability to achieve the normal Awesome Build quality level, we have discontinued our Awesome Builds until further notice. Our beta builds available on this site are fairly stable so don't disregard them!

    i have a problem here is the crash report and if i disable the plugin then my server works fine

    So there's way too much thread reading needed at the moment to find the most up-to-date build right now. I dug through and found the appropriate build previously, but there's certainly a lot of crosstalk going on in terms of determining the most recent build downloads. Can we get a prominent link above with that or at least some kind of keyword down here in the comments such as "CURRENT BUILD" so we can just find it quickly upon scanning for updates?

    Is there a way to make only ops go into a certain world? i want all non-opped players to go to all but one world, and only ops ca go in that area, is there a way to do that?

    when i do /mv import benworld normal.. it says there is no world folder by this name. but in my .minecraft under Saves there is a world called benworld. anyhelp please?

    when someone isnt opped the chat goes all funny, it says their message like 10 times! And doeped players can only talk in the main world! is their a permission needed?

Nether Portals does need some attention, however we're moving it into the main multiverse package, or at least most of it for the next major release. (We're planning to, we're yet to work on that part). Multiverse-Core is the main focus as it's the most used part of Multiverse, people are free to commit changes to the other plugins, and we'll run them if we see fit. What we don't want is to get to a stage where we accept so many pull requests where a whole more load of issues bundle up and instead of working on the plugin, we're working on fixing things. Rest assured, we are working on the Multiverse plugins, but core is the priority right now.
