ModeHub
This plugin is for hub/lobby servers. It adds a lot of useful features and will include a permissions system and global chat support.

Ehh sorry been REALLY busy, I accidentally deleted all the files I wanted to keep instead of the one I wanted to delete, hence the fact it's a *little* broken. I'm going to try and fix it up ASAP though, certainly in time for christmas holidays :D I've stopped running my network so I don't spend as much time on plugins. I'm gonna start again.
