Mobs!


This page deals with the old version of Mobs. No more development is being done on this but if it works for you then by all means keep using it. The new version is much more powerful though.

Exert almost full control over mobs on your server - when and where and whether they spawn, what they drop when they die, unique mobs, etc.

Supported Mobs

All 1.2 mobs are supported, and pretty much every aspect of each is customizable.


Commands

/spawn_mobs or /sm
Use without a parameter to manually activate all the autospawns in the config
Use with a parameter to manually activate all autospawns where the id is the same as the parameter
Needs the permission mobs.can_spawn_mobs

Config generator

This is the Silverlight app used to generate the config file that Mobs uses. You can save multiple files with any name you want, but Mobs needs a file called data.mobs to be in the plugins/Mobs/ folder.

Heroes compatibility

If using Mobs to control exp with Heroes installed, set all the Heroes killing exp to 0 to avoid extra exp being given. HP, damage (attack), exp, drops, defense (damage properties for attack) should be working now.
