96 - Mob Catcher Chance Improvement!

Hello! And thank you for this plugin players on my server have come to know and love.
I'm sure with 1.5 here, you have a lot on your plate already, but I was hoping if there was a chance of you developing a way to make it configurable so that mobs will have a greater/lesser chance of being captured depending on that mobs health. If there isn't a chance of this at all, or if it's something that's already available and I've missed it (I'm pretty sure I have not, but I am only human I admit), or you like the idea and hope to go with it in your own way/time, please let me know!

    Honestly, I don't have a good answer to that, but I'd recommend making a boolean on/off version of this first, perhaps separate settings for animals and mobs, and seeing how well it works with the people who use your plugin before letting others get in and configure it.

    The best answer may just present itself on that path anyways.

    There is also the option to add in an additional config file, just for these

    Ive had this suggested before but we couldn't come up with a clean, but still configurable way to do this. The config file is congested as is, which is my main concern, but how would you go about adding this in?
