MRPG
Hello everyone this is the first plugin i have made. This is a WIP so keep that in mind. The goal of this plugin is to turn minecraft into an Role Playing Game in which you have skill levels, revamped crafting techniques, protected and npc populated citys, and more (got cool ideas? leave them down below). This plugin WILL change alot of minecraft mechanics and is NOT made to be used together with other plugins!

Sorry for getting you into that frame of mind .... this fact may get you out of it again.
There are many plugins coming out for these server mods that emulate Bukkits API (rainbow = BukkitBridge, Sponge = Pore, etc) so if you keep updating this plugin under BukkitsAPI then users will be able to run this under any server mod as long as they have the BukkitEmulator for there server mod. Its the only reason why im still updating my plugins. The only reason why i stated it in the first place was because i was surprised at the fact there are still new programmers coming to Bukkit.
Anyway I hope the best for your projects and I hope you choose the server mod your going to port your projects onto. And who knows, You may need help or something, but our paths may cross in the future.

thank you for the offer, will keep it in the back of my mind. really doubting now if I should continue this project now xD. I think i will just keep going and make it more of a personal use plugin i guess.

I'm not saying Sponge will be the next 'bukkit' because there are a lot of new server mods coming out that do the same as bukkit, such as Husk, glowstone, rainbow. All I'm saying is DpongeAPI should be coming to developers in a matter of weeks.
Also, if you want any help on anything I am more then happy to give you ideas on how to do something (im not programming it). Just private message me if you need any help, I normally reply within 24 hours.

Yeah , partially enthausiasme en part stupidity xD. i just assumed bukkit would get back up sometime in the next months, but after further investigation. Whoops xD well i will just continue the development and use it as a more, terrafirmacraft like addition to minecraft. but Sponge is going to be the next "bukkit" you are saying?

Posted Oct 30, 2014first plugin at these times, with Bukkit as it is. I like the enthusiasm ill give you that and i understand no other server mods are publicly available yet but Sponge is releasing their API in November. But anyway. Welcome to the Bukkit development community.

thank you for all those ideas, i was not really planning on adding classes since it is something i dislike in most rpgs, i want to be capable of ranging when i want to range, mage when i want to mage bit runescape like if you know what i mean? still a lore would be really cool to make. I personally am a bad writer but maybe some day a good fan fiction writer will help me with it. But those are still things that won't be happening in the near future i think xD

Posted Oct 30, 2014- Classes with subclass (ej: Mage>wizard/necromancer) (warrior>Gladiator/paladin) (priest>cleric/shaman (shaman is a support with buffs class)
-stats system with the basic ones...strengh,constitution,dexterity,intelligence and wisdom.
- Dungeon system with 10 or 15 dungeons and 1 machine that warp partys to one of them randomly and then reset the dung...the dungs will be fist floor,second,and third with boss.
- Skill system based on pots....every class can learn they class skills just drinking a pot and they have the skill forever,every class will have 10 or 15 skills from basic to advanced (active and passive),they can buy this skills in shops or can find in dungeon drops from bosses the rarest one, and they can sell these skills in the shop to other players....there will be basic skills with no class specification like speed,hp max,int,dex,strg,cons,wisd.
-if posible a lore system for each class and a story line with quests...the last one give a special armor and weapon for each class,and the last and better skill.
