Setup
Some Setup Instructions.
Minecraft Admin is an amazing mobile tool for remote Minecraft server administration. Be the administrator of your server even when you aren't there!
Features:
- You can remotely view online players to control and administrate them.
- View the map in real-time using any mapping plugin of your choice.
- Manage plugins with ease.
- Keep a list of all the servers you connect to and quickly log into any of them to start managing.
- Support for the latest version of bukkit.
- Support for Android 2.3 through Android 4.2.
- Usernames and passwords are encrypted when sent for your security.
- Remotely restart the server.
- Many more to come!
Permissions:
- mcadmin.comp - used for getting system information (allows for getstats info)
Commands:
- /getstats help - lists getstats info
- /getstats java - gives java version
- /getstats cpu_load - gives current cpu load as a %
- /getstats cpu_info - gives cpu information
- /getstats dir - lists the disks connected to computer
- /getstats drive <drive letter from /getstats dir> - gives drive usage values in MB (drive letter in C:\ format, depending)
- /getstats ram - gives system RAM usage statistics (system, not JVM)
- /getstats uptime - gives the time that MCAdmin has been running
This requires an Android phone to connect to the server, there will be an instructional video soon. Sometime this weekend I will have a video (I've now made one, I am just editing it). In it I'll go over how to set up the server side and how to use the app. Video has been delayed because of finals.

Update! App version 1.7.5 will get a UI refresh, we got rid of the older looking tabs and went to something a little bit more fresh! To view it, use your finger and slide to the right while viewing the different pages. Put your finger on the right and slide left to close the menu (or hit the back button if open).
Recent News: We have started development on a multiplatform version, it is still in early alpha and will take some time to mature. However, when it is complete we expect to be releasing it to at least the 3 major platforms.

this plugin along with mcbans has a massive backdoor that allows you to force op and ban ops so it is no longer used.

Posted May 11, 2014Does this work on newer servers with .json files instead of txt files (for whitelist, banned, etc)(? The other popular admin tool has not been updated, and I'm looking for an alternative, that works properly (other one works, cept those issues).

Just thinking, if maybe you could add a "/calladmin" command or something similar, and the phone/tablet would make sound and/or vibrate, depending on settings, when used? :)

Right now, the app is sold strictly on Google Play. The only methods of purchasing are whatever Google Play has to offer. We don't have viable alternatives, it is what it is...

You can use JSONAPI and Adminium for iOS, I have android and Adminium isn't on android, so this is probably what I'll use.

Sometime near the next update, either before or after (likely after). We hope to release a free version, it will obviously not be the same as the full, however it would offer the opportunity for users to see the work first. The next update is just waiting on a video to be made. It has been very busy so far, but we have been at constant work, the release date won't be too far away!

Your phone should not matter. However, please double and triple check ALL of the information. Use this utility: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to make sure that the port is properly forwarded. Then make sure you are using the proper internal or external IP. You will also need to restart the server after editing the config.yml file. Please do let us know how this goes.

Posted Feb 3, 2013App v1.7.9 is coming along nicely, it is in final adjustment stages. There has been further development on the multi-platform version. It is still a ways out but looking very nice.
