This plugin allows you to set a max of block interactions(Block break and block place). Giving the ability to limit a player unless they have a permission.

maxplace.unlimited - Allows them to override/give them unlimited amount of interactions.

MaxPlace - Sets the max Interactions
MaxedText Message sent to player when they hit the max.

This is a set amount. So it stays constant.The more the build or place it adds to the count.

Posted Apr 22, 2014Can I get more information on this. Does it give more interactions per a set time (i.e.: 20 blocks in a minute) or total per each login?
