this will give you to set hubs and lobbys! It give you the abillity to remove and create lobbys and set hubs. Its an quit small plugin, so there is not more about hubs and lobbys The furtute updates are pretty awsome with more stuff and extras!

Whats in the plugin?
- Choose if you want to enable hubs or lobbys
- Config
- See the list off al the lobbies
- Named lobbys
- Editable lobbys and hub
- There is only one hub!
How to install?
Download it and place the plugin in your plugins folder and reload/rerstart your server! The plugin should work ;-)

You can edit the hub or lobby. Just use that command again, or change the locations.yml
And your right, the coords are +0.5 so it means it is right in the middle. If you want me to change this please let me know ;)

Did you have the right version off bukkit? If the plugin is not in your /pluign list, then check the bukkit version. Or look to th error?

Did you have any other plugins that is confilcted with this plugin? So if you have an plugin thats disable the & colorcodes, then it should not work. I have tested it, and for me it is working, so the only reason for the problem is, that you have an plugin thats disable the & codes!
And for your idea, im adding it to the new update!

It must work, but which version do you have? It can only with version 2.0 and higer! And have you tried to re-download it? And make sure you have checked it with /lh reload
