Function

This plug-in can make a server's MOTD correspond to change, and a
colored character and a special sign simply.

Feature

This plug-in is very a light weight!
And it corresponds to character code'UTF-8'!
A special sign is also applied!

How to update MOTD

Are the contents newly written in when doing what reflected??
Answer ! which nothing haves to carry out
It will be reflected if written in and saved at config!

Note: Please save the character code by 'UTF-8'!
