Would be great if it also renames the boat to "Lava Boat" or something like that, that way you could define it from regular ones.

Thanks for creating and sharing this plugin!

LavaBoats 1.0 seems to work on CraftBukkit 1.3.2-R1.0 using Java 1.7u7 (64-bit) on Windows 7 (64-bit).

The console showed the plugin loaded without error and no errors displayed during my entire test. Using the default config, I was able to craft a boat (ID: 333) into a stone-protected boat (ID: 333:1). I placed the boat on the lava and it sat there patiently waiting for me. I nervously stepped in and to my relief, I did not burn alive! However, it seemed to have a problem floating and basically sank to the bottom and would bobble every once in a while. I was nervous about bumping into anything (thinking the boat would crash and burn...literally...but it held together like a champ. When it came time to exit, well, I couldn't see any way to keep from becoming charcoal...especially if you are stuck under the lava surface. Yep, I died.

I also noticed that normal boats would not crash and break apart so they must be linked in functionality. Punching either boat will turn it into a drop item...however, the lava boat drop item will burn up in the lava.

I do appreciate how this plugin has shown me that clever use of the material can allow for unique items (or at least similar items with unique properties).

    Thanks,

    LHammonds

@echibahn: Go You were correct in thinking that you replace the "stone" with obsidian, however, when I do that it seems to work fine. Each row is a row in the crafting table and commas separate the columns. Make sure there aren't any space, this is what it should look like:

    Recipe:
    - air,air,air
    - obsidian,boat,obsidian
    - obsidian,obsidian,obsidian

Well since there is no explanation on configuring the recipe, I would assume replacing the word 'stone' with 'obsidian' would work. I tried and no lavaboat is being created. I also tried using Hex ID values and those don't work either. Can you please explain how to configure this correctly?
