Command	Function	Permission
-	ALL the command	kits.admin
-	Ability to use more than one kit per life	kits.bypass.kit
/createkit (kit)	Create a kit	kits.admin
/delkit (kit)	Delete a kit	kits.admin
/savedrop	The item in your hand can no longer be dropped	kits.admin
/deldrop	Make it so that the item in your hand can be dropped	kits.admin
/drop	Drop the item in your hand	kits.drop
/kit (kit)	Use a specific kit	kits.kit.(KitName)
/kits	Opens the kit GUI	None
/rk	Reloads the config	kits.reload

The Gui is not glitched you just have to set up the config right. (I decompiled the plugin and figured it out)

Default looks like this:

starter:
info: 267:0:0:&cStarter
lore:
- '&7This is the &9Starter &7kit!'

The line "info: 267:0:0:&cStarter" is what needs to be edited to show multiple kits, but first you must understand what this line means.

minecraftblockid:data:slot:name

the 3rd section is what slot on the GUI you want the kit to appear on. So to show up on the second GUI slot change it to: info: 267:0:1:&cStarter

As you can see the 3rd section is now a 1 not a 0, and you can continue this up to 54. After 54 you will break the GUI.
