Ladies and gents, I have started setting up new feature issues for 2.1.3, the first one being for economy support. The information and idea I have for InfiniteClaims economy is in the description and if you have any input directly associated with the economy aspect, then please comment there.
ICLAIMS-25 Econ Support
/iclaims seems to be working fine and I haven't thought of a better alternative lol. Only thing I have thought about is to shorten some commands, something like that.
Yes they do. Unfortunely, I'm no longer head admin of Minecraft Mondays anymore, but yes they still use it.
So does Nerdcrafteria (Hank Green, vlogbrothers - YouTube) - I'm an Admin.
and as well as my server...I'm only famous with the people I've met, known as the AFK Admin and really awesome with Bukkit Plugins and permissions.
Well don't use /i because Essentials and other plugins use this to give items.
/ic - Could be OK, but might be confused the CraftBook ICS or FalseBook (Updated?)
/infc - ? I don't know, /iclaims seems fine, but w/e you choose.
WorldEdit has built in queuing of sorts for WorldEdit actions.
Actually didn't know that about the queuing and knew it be required to add permission nodes for WorldEdit of course and restrict them to the blacklist within their plot.
Former, Head Admin of Minecraft Mondays Server with BebopVox
Senior Administrator of Nerdcrafteria Server with Hank Green (vlogbrothers)
Linux Server Administrator for MCProHosting, LLC
Owner of JustOneMoreBlock.com Server
@Cory_: Go, @xATon2x: Go
WorldEdit has built in queueing of sorts for WorldEdit actions, but obviously the issue is the servers RAM usage will go up quickly. The thing is the WorldEdit feature would just limit the player to using WorldEdit only on his plot, after that the player would still need WorldEdit permissions to well do WorldEdit stuff. So you can limit what they do from there, as well as have a per-world block blacklist, to keep them from well going "hurr durr durr, walls lava"
Either way I had this feature in InfiniteClaims briefly but it broke things when I forgot to take it out, and then the code was deleted so I have to remind myself how to do it again.
Thanks for all the feedback guys, keep it coming! Once I release 2.1.2, this feedback will determine 2.1.3
I have been thinking about how to clean them up. I want to stay away from /plot just because so many other plugins use the command, such as towny. If anyone has suggestions for command layouts let me know, I do plan on using the ConversationAPI for a few more admin commands if it makes sense, and the /iclaims reset command will probably get a ConversationAPI overlay to basically go.. "Are you sure you want to reset your plot? This cannot be undone" Confirm "Plot has been reset".
They do :) last time I checked anyway.
And there should really be a permission for this, so only people who donate can use this feature, BTW: does the bebopvox server use this plugin?
Visit my website: Flapcraft.net and join my server: mc.flapcraft.net
Then add a:
worldedit-cooldown: 300 //30 secs, for that player.
worldedit-queue: true //This would detect all users who used WE and put you into a queue and let you know it's your turn.
worldedit-queue-max: 2 //This would allow the max allowance of WE usage in a given queue.
Maybe a /iclaims plot1 worldedit
Initiate the queue.
Something like that.
But what if people with worldedit end up using it on their entire plot, and like everyone does it at the same time. That would just end up crashing the server.
Actually based off users groups "WorldEdit" a user cannot spawned things in the blacklist, so I don't see them being able to do this anyway.
However, Possibly adding in a separate/custom blacklist, If empty use WorldEdit default.
disallowed-blocks: [6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 26, 27, 28, 29, 39, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 46, 50, 51, 56, 59, 69, 73, 74, 74, 75, 76, 77, 81, 83]
I've mentioned my features a while ago,
Mainly would like to be able to charge users for additional plots.
Define: 1 Free
Define: Max Plots
Define: Price per Plot
Make the economy use Vault so it can be hooked into any economy system.
