Herochat

27 - heroChat is not specific about not being able to speak into a channel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start server running HeroChat
2. Join a world-restricted channel
3. Change worlds
4. Attempt to chat.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At minimum, I would think the error would be explained, but all I see is "HeroChat: Insufficient permission". I almost filed a ticket saying HeroChat thought I was trying to use commands before I realized what was actually happening. A good solution to this problem would be to switch focus automatically to a channel I do have permission for (and tell me, of course).

What version of the product are you using?
5.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
N/A

This would be great. IT would add so much functionality

Hi, I'd like to plus 1 j2ther's comment.  It would be very much ideal if I could configure things so that players changed focus when changing worlds.

I'll consider saving per-world active channels in the future.

I wouldn't called this a defect, as so much of a feature request. For us when someone tries to talk in a world restricted channel it says "Herochat: Channel not available in this world", which is pretty clear to myself and so far my users and works out great for us.

I do think a nice feature request though would be the option to auto-change focus when you change worlds. So if your changing from your survival world to your creative world, your channels focus would automatically be set to the creative channel.
