Haste (for Prison servers)
What it does:
This plugin gives you the ability to do a command and then get the haste effect, then when you do the command again it goes back to normal.
Command:
The command is '/haste'.
Permission:
To add this command to a permissions plugin like 'PermissionsEX' you will need to open up the plugins 'permission.yml' file and under the groups you want to have the ability to use the command you need to put 'haste.*'.

True, but it's much easier to do /haste and have the ability to toggle it rather than doing /effect @p [effect] [strength] [duration] and not have the ability to toggle it, and If it was requested I could make it so the owner can see who's in /haste whereas with the /effect..... You can't.
