Green Star Particle Effects

This plugin was requested by AbstractionPvP on the request forums at http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/req-particles.295375/
This is a simple plugin that makes green star particle effects spawn behind a player!
This is toggleable!

Commands:

There is only one command /p !
This toggles the particle effects.

Permissions:

particles.trail - default: op
This is the permission node for /p .
