GlowNightLight
What is it?
GlowNightLight is a plugin that when individual glass or glowstone blocks are selected, will turn to glass during the day, and glowstone by night. Can be used to create street lights among other things in game. Also allows the player to change the time in the world they are on if they have permissions to do so.
Features include:
- SuperPerms - no other method is supported
- Easy to configure - only 2 values to set for when the blocks should change to glowstone and back
- Ability to change time!
Permissions
- glownightlight.nl - enables/disables ability to add blocks to switch back and forth
- glownightlight.admin - admin functions such as reload, and update times as well as enable/disable weather affects
- glownightlight.time - allows player to set the time for there current world
Commands
- /gnl help - displays help screen
- /gnl (enable/disable) - enables or disables ability to toggle blocks for Glow Night Light
- /gnl start [time] - sets night start time
- /gnl stop [time] - sets night end time
- /gnl weather (enable/disable) - enable disable weather having affect on blocks
- /dawn - sets time in the current world to dawn
- /midday - sets time in the current world to midday
- /dusk - sets time in the current world to dusk
- /midnight - sets time in the current world to midnight
To Do
- optimize when the blocks switch to avoid the affect of them switching like it currently does.

Posted Jul 13, 2012Great news! Work schedule finally has settled and i plan to get back to this plugin. I know it will have to have the new event system implemented to be usable, looking into other things that i can fix/optimize that i've learned in some of my newer plugins. I also want to get economy stuff put into this so that players can be charged for each light they create. Also might see if its possible to force a glowstone lamp on/off regardless of redstone connection as another means of a light.

Posted Feb 26, 2012Sorry, been busy updating revising another of my plugins. I plan to do a major update to this plugin very soon for better performance with some things i have learned. This will be updated for the 1.1 R5 no worries there as i rely on this plugin for my own server.

Posted Dec 26, 2011@thedocde, that error is because one of the other devs on here removed there stat tracking API, i have removed that but need to push an update to completely fix it.
@caramon93, i'm aware of that error now, discovered it myself the other night. Gonna be doing a major recode of this plugin which i hope will fix it. Look for the update like next week as i have vacaction time so i can finally work on my plugins again.
