It disables Creepers, made for the very simplistic people who only want to drag and drop.

PermissionsEx allows that with ModifyWorld and the modifyworld.mobtarget.monster.creeper (to make sure the creepers don't get mad, you can do modifyworld.damage.deal.monster.creeper).

i have thought about that, but there is already a plugin that does that (look for neosilky) and i made this for the simple drag/drop people. :)
Is it just me or is BukkitDev confusing.
