Overview
ForceTool is a plugin that based on your config.yml will force the usage of specific tools to break specific blocks. All tools and block values are based on the block or tools based ID.
How to Use?
Once you place this plugin into your servers plugin directory, start it. It will automatically create the /ForceTool directory and the config.yml file. It comes with a generic forced tool configuration. Based on the default config.yml you can modify it to fit your needs.

Permissions
Here's a list of specific permissions nodes for this plugin and what each does.
- forcetool.ignore = Ignores the ForceTool Rules.
Why?
This plugin helps prevent users from getting a Efficiency 5 Axe and going out to the desert for some fun. Have you ever tried to take an Axe you would normally use to chop down a tree to collect Sand? Didn't work very well did it, so why allow it in Minecraft.

Posted Nov 2, 2012You can add an option in the settings to translate the message that appears when you use a wrong tool?.
You can add entities (mobs and players) to have to use "certain" weapons to harm them?.
Example:
zombie: Any sword and arrows, 267,268,272,276,283,262
'player': Any sword and arrows, 267,268,272,276,283,262
'skeleton': Arrows, 262

Thank you for adding this option to the next version ;)
EDIT: You can add "mobs"?, To force use a weapon to kill them ... (and be able to choose which weapon to use in each).
