You rails can fly with this plugin. Make flying rails or underweather tracks with the plugin

WARNING: Plugin needs Traincarts to run!

Instructions: 1. Put the FlyingRails.jar into your plugin folder. 2. Start your server. 3. place 3 block under the place you want the cart emerald block
