FakeLightning
Simple Plugin, which gives you the Ability to strike your Users with a faked Lightning.
How it works:
1. Install the Plugin.
2. Give a User (or a Group) the specifc Permissions Node.
Now when the User joins he automatically gets striked by a faked Lightning.
Nice.. but what do you mean with "faked Lightning"?
The Lightning isnt really there. The Client just thinks it :) So nothing can get destroyed..
Permissions:
'fakelightning.strike' = Strikes User with this Permission on Join.
'fakelightning.cmd' = Gives permission to use commands
Commands:
/fakelightning = Strikes Player who uses this Command with a faked Lightning.
/fakelightning <playername> = Strikes <playername> with a faked Lightning.

Posted Sep 20, 2013idea, how about if u do /fakelightning [delay] and the lightning will appear where ever u do the command - depend on the delay.

ya thats a client issue :/ rightclick the fire and it goes away, also you can rejoin the server..

I'm not a native English speaker, but... "an faked" should be "a faked" or "a fake"
BTW, I'm gonna give your plugin a try right now :)
Edit: I'm back, and it works fine. It does what it should. When you spawn after connecting to the server, a lightning falls right on you and catch fire, but you don't get any damage.
