Global Settings:
Allows use of plugin commands upon these worlds.
Worlds Enabled:
- world
- world_nether
- world_the_end
Every time an admin comes on the server, or on plugin enable, you will be informed if there's a new version of the plugin available on bukkit. This is defaulted on but if it lags you too much then feel free to turn it off.
Auto Update Notifier: 'on'
The time in between plugin save intervals (in seconds, defaults 5 minutes).
Auto Save Interval: 300
Will create a file where you can view all the villages and the data within them etc.
Villagesyml file: 'off'
Creates a backup folder that duplicates the serverdata file every time it saves (If you run a big server turn this on to avoid unfix able corruption).
Backup files: 'off'
The maximum distance other players can hear you and vice versa under the local chat channel (in chunks)
Local Chat Range: 6
A list of items that can no longer be crafted in a crafting table

Village Settings:
If this is on then you must place the structure materials into the chest in order to build the structure, if its off it just builds it over time.
Require Materials To Build: 'on'

Cash that the village starts with (If the village goes below 0$ for example tax time, then the village is deleted [good way to get rid of abandoned players villages]).

Time interval in seconds before a player is teleported to the home block (can be changed to a different spot in the rank structure by a village manager).

Time amount of cash below $0 before the villages automatically disband themselves (useful for getting rid of abandoned villages)

Toggle Settings:
Default setting for fires in villages, can be changed by village owner unless permission is removed.
Fire Enabled: 'on'
Default setting for pvp in villages, can be changed by village owner unless permission is removed (is always on during wars).
Pvp Enabled: 'on'
Default setting for explosions in villages, can be changed by village owner unless permission is removed.
Explosions Enabled: 'on'
Default setting for mob spawning in villages, can be changed by village owner unless permission is removed.
Mobs Enabled: 'on'
Only applies if World Guard is enabled, if so then these regions do not block village land claims or rank structure building.

Default structure rank when the village is created, key things that it contains is initial tax, max plots, max villagers, and structure limits.

Blocks that can be placed in structure territory (Such as scaling castle walls or dimming the lights upon the enemy etc.).

The initial cost required to create an empire
Creation Cost: 10000
The amount of cash the empire starts with in its vault upon creation (to avoid tax extermination)

Max number of characters that an empires name can have
Name Max Length: 15
The teleportation delay in seconds for empire command teleports
Teleport Delay: 2
The amount of time in seconds before the empires are taxed
Tax Delay: 86400
The amount of time in seconds before the war destruction is enabled between 2 enemy empires (after the declaring command)
War Time Delay: 172800
The amount of debt the empire has to be in (below $0) before the empire is exterminated from debt
Debt Before Empire Loss: 0
The default empire rank that is set upon creation (can be upgraded through commands)

Player Plots:
ONLY affects player owned plots. These settings are the defaults for their relations towards others. Modify being both breaking and/or placing blocks in their territory, and doors, buttons, levers, containers being able to use them.

This category contains all the structures that arnt rank structures, this allows for easy comparisons between normal income/other type of structures to the ones that define your limits such as structure limits, plot limits, member limits etc (Village rank structure properties)

The required materials formatted block:amount, that is required in the main chest before you produce any income or materials
