Easy Prefix
Easy Prefix
Easy Prefix is designed for Servers which do not use a Permission System (For Example Event Servers).
How it works?
Easy Prefix just adds a Prefix in front of the Username (for example: [Owner]) You can set the Prefix in the Config!
Permissions:
/easyprefix reload (easyprefix.reload)
/easyprefix add <username> <group> (easyprefix.add)
Config:
Easyprefix: defaultprefix: '[§1User§f] ' default: prefix: '[§4Default§f] ' members: - 01e00e08-0468-4b33-acf2-e99a19c0ea6a

- PermissionsMode
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
A unique identifier The server's version of Java Whether the server is in offline or online mode The plugin's version The server's version The OS version/name and architecture The core count for the CPU The number of players online The Metrics version Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.
So um, Its giving me that error or whatever whenever i speak. It says this before my name.
Memory Section[path='Easyprefix.defaultprefix',root='YamlConfiguration']

@aguy867867
Could you paste the Config to pastebin?
When i set up the plugin for some reason whenever someone talks it says this in chat: Memory Section[path='Easyprefix.defaultprefix',root='YamlConfiguration']aguy867867:d
My config is: (for some reason it converted all the '§')
Easyprefix: defaultprefix: prefix: "[\xc2\xa7aPlayer\xc2\xa7f]" members: [] default: prefix: "[\xc2\xa7aPlayer\xc2\xa7f] " members: - 01e00e08-0468-4b33-acf2-e99a19c0ea6a owner: prefix: "[\xc2\xa76Owner\xc2\xa7f] " members: [] admin: prefix: "[\xc2\xa74Admin\xc2\xa7f] " members: [] moderator: prefix: "[\xc2\xa79Moderator\xc2\xa7f] " members: [] genesishub+: prefix: "[\xc2\xa7aGenesis\xc2\xa7bHub\xc2\xa7c+\xc2\xa7f] " members: [] genesishub: prefix: "[\xc2\xa7aGenesis\xc2\xa7bHub\xc2\xa7c\xc2\xa7f] " members: [] version: 2

@corbanj6534
I will think about it.
Could you make it so it works with permissionsEx, For example on my server i want players to have there usual rank but sometimes we have events that require a different prefix. Basicly i want the chat format to be:
[PEXrank]<EasyPrefix>playername: {insert chat message here}
Thanks. :)
@cupcakemaster100
Added.

@cacamaca11
Colors for example §1
Bold: §b
Italic §i
Can you add colors/bold/italic to the prefix? If yes, how?
@ProTheBrandon
I will add it.
Is there a command for this plugin? I want a command to be issued that will change the players prefix once they donate
@DTNTW
Nope
Is there a way can I add a faction prefix before the group?
