Sorry, I guess I didn't really explain that well. It's nothing that you really have to worry about, I basically just cut out and re-coded how drug effects are gathered and applied to players. It works by gathering all of the drugs into their own new "Drug" object which saves the name, message, etc. about the drugs at startup and uses that as a reference for which messages to send or which effects/negatives to apply. The previous system would just pull the information from the config every time you took drugs. This new system is definitely more efficient unless you have a config with like 1000+ different drugs. (Even then I think it's still more efficient)
My Plugins: DrugMeUp, OPProtect, ChunkFixer, OPPassword, SetSunny
Could you be more specific as to what the "complete overhaul" entails?
You will be notified about the download when it becomes available to you, if you have that option set.
So I added a drug and now I can't place blocks... and I'm guessing this is the cause because the only 3 people who have taken it can't place blocks now. I don't get any errors in the logs so I honestly don't know what happened?
You put INK_SACK:9
I ran into that problem last night.
First I'd like to say, this plugin is AMAZING. Having this plugin on my drug server is useful. However, I have an issue. I've added a couple other 'drugs' but can't get pink dye (Ecstacy) to work! And yes, I've called it INK_SAC:9 (9 is the damage value) Below is what I have in my config. Please help and thanks in advance! =)
Message: Oh shit bro!
Can you add in more effects to the plugin. Such as haste and strength for example?
Could you add an option for a cooldown?
Running 1.7.2-R0.3 and v0.9.1 of DrugMeUp, I got this error, which is pretty strange. I'll get back to you if/when I have more information about this.
Sure, I'd love to include my server IP here. But it's under construction, and I wouldn't want to get sued for players wandering inside and getting hit by a random beam of steel floating about. And no, I doubt plugins would make very good lawyers either. I've never seen a plugin that forced you to sign a contract do so well.
