I have two suggestions:
I think it'd be cool if we had the option to name the dragon via the config file. I know it's possible to name the witherboss, but I'm not sure about the dragon boss. Having it named something like "Travelling Dragon" or "Tame Dragon" would help clear up confusion about why there's randomly a dragon boss in the area.
I also think it'd be cool if there was a flight timer that would estimate the time that the travel will take based on the distance between the station and destination signs. To reduce server impact, it'd be ideal if the value was calculated one time, perhaps on the first flight (which would then be timed - and cancelled if the player logged out), and changing the dragon's speed in the config file would cause all of the recorded flight times to reset. The first flight could send a message to the player and console saying something like "First flight: Calculating time of flight between %station% and %destination%." The message that would say the time left while in flight could also be customizable, or something like: [DragonTravel] %minutes%:%seconds% left until the end of the flight.
