41 - Odd error in log, random disconnects?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Logout?  I dunno

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I didn't see anything while logged in, but when I returned to the log...

What version of the product are you using?

I don't have a server console.  Dedicated host.

I dunno if this is what was causing my friend's random disconnects or not.

    Is this the cause of the disconnects? Don't think so, but that is a DNC Error that I am not expecting to see.

    Did you have multiple clients with the same login name connected to the server? I didn't know Minecraft used 2 different ports for client connections.

    Can you disconnect from the server and try to reproduce the NPE again, recording the steps to do it?

    I'll do some testing when I get home.
