DeathArena
Introduction
Death Arena is a plugin that spices up your server, and allows players to battle each other fairly, and without the loss of items. KitPvP is a minigame where each player chooses from a set of kits - each with different sets of equipment, and therefore strengths and weaknesses, and battle to the death. This plugin is highly customisable, and allows you to change the death messages, the rewards for killing someone, the kits, how kits are gained, and even add some things to spice the match up - like a regeneration boost when you get a kill.

AutoUpdater
This plugin contains an auto-updater.
To disable it, there are two ways, in the DeathArena config: just put the EnableAutoUpdater in the config to false, or use the /plugins/updater/config.yml.

i am kind of new to making servers and i have seen your plugin
its great but if a player doesn't have op he cant use the command: /kitpvp join <arena name> <kit name>
now i know i have to write this command somewhere but i don't know where if you can help me that would be nice kitpvp.kit*
(sorry i don't know where to ask and google isn't helping)
(also i know that i need PermissionsEX but again idk where to put anything)

Posted Mar 31, 2017Hello, I on the plate wrote everything correctly on this plan: Line 1: '[KitPvP]'
Line 2: 'join'
Line 3: 'KITNAME'
Line 4: 'ARENANAME'
But when I click on the tablet with the right mouse button, nothing happens, I can not enter the arena, in my version on the tablet it looked like this:
Line 1: '[kitpvp]'
Line 2: 'join'
Line 3: 'soldier'
Line 4: 'kitpvp1SKY'
All letters are black, nothing happens, I have a server on version 1.8-1.11

Posted Dec 23, 2016There are no kits included within this plugin by default. However, you can make your own kits based on the contents of your inventory. When you run the command to do this (/kitpvp setinv <KitName>), there will be a kit created with the name as whatever you replaced <KitName> with. Since they're in handy .KIT files, you can share these easily, making sure that you allow it to be in an arena. You can also add the -a tag onto the end of the command to allow the kit in all current arenas.
TL;DR: They're called whatever you call them when they're made.

Finally, I've released this.
Though only as a beta release, this should be good enough. This should work for 1.9 too, though not for 1.7. (Due to the way sounds are handled)
Feel free to submit bugs and requests, as I'm going to try to update this some more.

It's not possible yet, however I'm just testing a new version that should be able to do this. I'm currently just making sure that it won't crash if vault isn't there. I'll work on it over the weekend.
By the way, you'll have to use some sort of permission-buying plugin (I've seen some out there). This way, you'll set the value of each kill (you can also set it up to lose money on a death), then when they get enough money, they can purchase a permission for that specific kit.

Would it be possible to make it so that you earn money and you then could use that money to buy more kits. I can't seem to find a plugin that allows that.
If it was possible i would become so happy, since this is (by far) the best KitPvP plugin :D

Posted Aug 24, 2015Still no respond... So the 'allowed kits' for the arena's keep getting resetted after each reload, but when I added them again, there occurs an internal error. I'm in the same place, my inventory gets cleared, and says in chat that there occurred an internal error. So when I leave again I get all my items back, and get teleported to the spot where I joined KitPvP. Here is the error message: http://pastebin.com/GyJaVdfh
Does this plugin even work for 1.8? It worked before in 1.8, but since a restart it doesn't, and we haven't modified anything, not installed new plugins nor edited the config or plugin.
People keep asking me when it's fixed, so if I don't get a respond soon I'll just switch to a different plugin. Have had way to much trouble with this one.
