Sharpened- Right click a sword for 10 seconds of extra damage every 2 minutes.
Speedmine- Right click a pickaxe for 10 seconds of haste every minute.

Maybe left click any type of Ore and all of it will smelt into it's ingot/gem/dust type with a cool down of 5 minutes, sounds like this could be a really good plugin
