Be unstoppable in your Boat!

This is very simple plugin for Boat racing, because your Boat can not be broken! With this you can make some boat races for players. Your boat can not be broken by crash (you can enable or disable this), also if you give your players permission their boats can not be broken by other players when the are inside!

Features:

Your Boat can not be broken by crash.
Your Boat can not be broken by other players, if you have permission.

This plugin is so simple...It is just makes your boat indestructible!

Permissions:

boats.settings - Permission for commands to enable and disable.
boats.protection - Nothing can destroy your boat when you are inside and have this permission.

Commands:

/boats enable: (Admin command)
description: Enables the global protection of crash for all players.
/boats disable: (Admin command)
description: Disables the global protection of crash for all players.

running 1.7.9 and my boats sill break even thought I typed the command : "boats enable" and it says I'm protected

I just installed into my 1.7.2 R03 server.

Boats are still falling apart at the slightest bump

dont bother with this mod until it actually works

Hello, I do the /boats enable command, and get the message that it is gtg, but my boats still blow up on contact with land. Please help!

You should add Boat Waypoints so that the boats make their way automaticly, That would be cool and also please update to 1.7.9 :)

I have an idea for a few features:
I'd really like to change the behaviour of boats: I think it really would be cool if you could change e.g. following things in a config file:

Entity crash behaviour (Kill Mobs & Players, Push them away, ignore them, ...; seperately for mobs and players)
Speed in percent
Option to disable that players in boats are getting targeted by mobs
Option to destroy your boat and put it back into your inventory when you exit it
many more ;)

I have a very good Idea for thist Plugin, cuz many Owners don't like spawning Boats with the item, You could make it that Somebody builds an harbor, then places for example a four by four square of sponge where the boat has to be and then executes some command. Then you could name that spawn point and spawn the boats right in with for example /boat spawn name. Also, I think adjusting the speed or for example jumping would be a good idea, and that not-breaking thingie should be toggleable with a command

Thx for this plugin! Any word on adjusting speeds? I am using it for a mini-game and thought it would be cool if ppl could buy speed boost and maybe fire torpedoes? Anyway thx for the great plugin!

Hello, are you executing this command from console ? Because commands in this plugin are designed to be used by players. Try execute it from game and you can update to 1.4 even if you use 1.6.4.

boats enable throws this error. This is on 1.3 for 1.6.4 (even though it says 1.2 in the error)

Just put this on my server and it doesn't seem to be working. 1.7.2. I have tested it a few times and my boats keep breaking when I run into things. Please fix

How can I help you if you did not even post the error on some pastebin ? Bu if you are using correct version of bukkit and my plugin you should have no errors because everything works fine.

Doesn't work. I did /boats enable and when I hit my boat in a nether brick, it breaks I didnt test with other blocks, I also added the perms to all groups, inclusive me.

Thanks for that! I am working on a windwaker themed server... and the default boat speed can make you want to punch small children lol.

edit* Well.. I take it all back xD I haven't been on a boat for a LONG time lol. Speed is fine.

I wonder... if its not to much to ask, could you add some type ownership for boats? Maybe even a simple /boatcall command?

If it's to much, I understand.
