Features
Currently custom plugin list just disables the command /plugins(unless you have the permission custompluginlist.normal) and replaces it with a message that can be changed in the config.
Description/Introduction
Are there some nosy people on your server? Want to stop other players viewing your plugins? Well this does exactly that, all players that don't have the permission 'custompluginlist.normal' will see a custom message that can be changed in the config. This plugin disables/overrides the default bukkit /plugins command, if you still want to view the plugins, add the permission 'custompluginlist.normal' to your player to view the normal plugins. If you don't want players to see the whole list of plugins, maybe you don't want them to copy your server, you can use this plugin in that respect, if there are any problems, please post a comment below.
Commands
- /plugins - Show a message that can be changed in the config.
- /pl - Show a message that can be changed in the config.
Permissions
- custompluginlist.normal - when you type /plugins, it will give you the normal/default plugin list shown with bukkit.
Configuration
- Message - The message that is displayed when you type /plugins or /pl

Yes, I will start working on this, thanks for the ideas, I am working on a new update with a configurable message for each command. And /pl and /plugins are already counted. In the new update you will be able to add a message for /help and /? and disable and enable the message for them, it will be done in like a week or so since I'm really busy.
