This is a modification of the plugin CommandRank.
CommandRank
CommandRank is a high configurable plugin, which allows players to get promoted automatically. Everything is configurable and you can for example promote players with money/kills/items etc. CommandRank counts the kills of a player and promotes players with a specific amount of kills. To prevent counting unfair kills I made this plugin.
Description
CR-KillRules allows you to prevent players from getting kills with killing the same player all the time. It is a lightweight and little plugin.

Seems like CommandRank was disabled before CR-KillRules was. And CR-KillRules works with the CommandRank API. I'll fix this now.
