What is ClusterAPI
ClusterAPI is a Bukkit/Spigot plugin development API which is made to make developer's work easier and faster. It has amazing methods to use which can be implemented in their projects.
For Server Owners
If a plugin page sent you here then just download this plugin, drop it in your plugins folder and reload/restart your server and you are good to go.
For Developers
If you are a developer then there are amazing functions to use in this API. The page where you can see how to use them is coming soon.
Start using it by putting ClusterAPI jar in your Build Path Libraries, same like you do for Bukkit/Spigot jar.
Here are all the methods you can use in your projects.
Title and Sub-Title Methods:
Titles.sendTitle(Player player, Integer fadeIn, Integer stay, Integer fadeOut, String message) ; Titles.sendSubtitle(Player player, Integer fadeIn, Integer stay, Integer fadeOut, String message); Titles.sendFullTitle(Player player, Integer fadeIn, Integer stay, Integer fadeOut, String title, String subtitle);
Tab Method:
Tab.sendTabTitle(Player player, String header, String footer);
Actionbar Methods:
Actionbar.sendActionBar(Player p, String msg);

Note
THIS PROJECT RUNS ON JAVA 7! This plugin sends anonymous data to MCStats to know how is the plugin performing. It can be turned of by going to your plugins folder > metrics and setting it to false.

You can't have multiline in title and sub-title. It isn't coded like that.

Multi-Line in Tab? It's an API not a standalone, add it yourself using ChatColor's translate and it'll give you a option to use '\n' for a new line.

Is it possible to send a picture by it? Like in HolographicDisplays using colored squares? I want to create tutorial for my server using your API :D

It's features currently are Titles, tab, actionbar, enhanced text api for ease, it's open source so it'll expand by other developers contributing to it also its launching today, I have to documentation it.

Agreed with texon here :P It does seem intriguing, if I knew what it did. Even though I understand this is in the planning phase, it's often good to go into the planning stage with a full out plan with what you're going to do. That's a good thing to do especially if you want to get other developers hyped for your API, and actually get them to use it.
It's tough making an API, so best of luck to you. I might make one sometime soon as well :)
