Given automatically to operators

ccx.maincommand

Given automatically to operators, permission to use it's commands

Commands:

/clearchat

Clears Chat

/ccx help

Help for the main /ccx command

/ccx slient

Toggles the broadcast message

does it also spam the server console with a bunch of blank lines?
