ChunkSpawnerLimiter

16 - Uses far to much system resources.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reduce the required system resources.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In game it works great, minus the system resource problem.
CPU and RAM spike when using this plugin, timing states:

Please provide any additional information below.

As stated above I love how it limits mobs per player, however the system demands are overwhelming.  Attaching config file.

    Well that’s what I get for following/skimming a format, something that’s barely coherent. Anyways I run a FragNet hosted 42 player server (4GB) and this plugin is exactly what I’ve been looking for with one big exception, the system requirements. I’ve attached my config and timing files. The way it is now this plugin causes about x12 as much lag as orebfuscator which everyone despises because of the lag it creates.

    What can be done to get what this does accomplished yet doesn’t create tons of lag? (related post) http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/enforce-entity-limits-all-entities.146661/
