This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Chat-Mute

This Plugin allows to enable/disable the Chat and the use of Commands. It is very useful for Events!

Commands

/mute : Enable/Disable the Chat.

Permissions:

Mute.mute : Allows to Mute the Chat.
Mute.write: Allows to Write when the Chat is disabled.

Config.yml

You can create own write and command-use Messages ans you can set the Command-Mute.

 #Mute v.1.0! Use & + Color Codes for Colors.
mute:
  write-message: '&4You can not write because the Chat is disabled!'
  command-use-message: '&4You can not use Commands because the Chat is disabled!'
command-mute:
  enabled: true

Can you make it so we can personalize our own mute commands? I would like to personally change it to something like /muteglobal

This way I'll still be able to use the essentials /mute command on individual players without this plugin overriding that feature
