Summary
(based on an idea of azalon99)
Role play chat plugin which allows you to add a distance effect to the chat. As the player go further away from another, the messages will get less and less readable. The player can shout to increase the range within which its message is understable or whisper to reduce it.
Commands
/chatmuffler reload: Reload the config

After playing around little, the default value was pretty good so i ended up using them :)
One thing i noticed is that player don't read instruction or webpages with info about server, so they chat and wounder why they don't get answer when its few online. So i thought little about it maybe there should be a info return text sometimes when absolutly nobody can hear them as a clue! 10% chanse prohabs or something with text like "Seams nobody can hear you!" Configurable in config file.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I forgot to subscribe to my own plugin (which is odd, why ain't I automatically subscribed to it?).
First, thanks for taking the time to test this plugin. I would be very happy to see the config you came up with.
I like the idea of draining food if you shout. I'll also add two permission node so that you can set who can send and who can receive specific messages.

Posted Mar 11, 2014Have tested some more now and it seams to work perfect, i will implement it on my live server now and see player behavior and how it works.
One thing i really would want too see is suffix exclamation marks as yell, and it would cost food bar, and that only admins can hear what says in global channel, so it only used for asking for help.

This plugin looks like it could be what i would want, i have tried realisticchat but its not so well updated and have lot of not needed functions.
I have tested this on local server with 3 accounts and it seams to work, i will try change things in config for it behaves lite as "Clear Text" or "No Text" most of the times. Ill get back when i tested it out some more.
