ChatLikeMe is a chat format plugin, it contains various values that you can use in your format. Will add more on request.
Config
The config of this plugin can be somewhat confusing sometimes.
So please look here for information: Click me to go to the configuration help!
Extra stuff
Any format part that has no value will be removed from the format, so if you have a prefix part in the main format but you don't have a prefix then it won't show it.
Example for this:
I have as format : "{PermissionGroupPrefix}<%s> %s"
If I would have a prefix "Durp" then it would show this: "[Durp]<timtower> Test"
If I don't have a prefix then it would show this: "<timtower> Test"
Probably something that server admins will like, no unneeded parts of the message.
I want more formats!
Create a ticket with a request for them, it needs to contain these things:
- What do you want to show
- Where does the value come from? Link if from a different plugin

iv changed it and it doesnt wipe itsself but it doesnt change the chat. there are no errors in the console. here is my config, i think its correct but i might of messed it up or something http://pastebin.com/tPWXJanA

Then you probably have an error in your config which can't be parsed by the server.
Try again, and if not working: post full server log using http://pastebin.com

Posted Sep 5, 2016it says 'Do not edit the config while the server is running' so i stop the server and edit the config but it resets it when i load up the server plz help

You probably have the '&' somewhere in your config with a letter behind it. That is causing it.

Think that it is time to ditch the permissions format and add a world format instead. And world separation.
Uploaded a new version with a world format instead of permissions format, no world separation yet.

I hope that somebody is gonna suggest a way to implement it.
I need to support multiple groups that are equal to each other. Not always an easy task when everything you did so far was working with single groups.

Reset everything on myself, made myself moderator, made myself donor. Still doesn't work.

In your permissions file there is a user with only 1 group. That isn't right.
You need to have 1 main group where he is in and other ones for different perks.
pex user <user> group add <group>

PEX is able to add groups instead of setting them, you could try that.

Based on the user at the bottom: the groups are overriding.
