Clear's the chat from spam / unwanted advertisements etc.

/cc - clears chat.

/cpc - clears your personal chat.

====== Installation ======

Copy the ChatK.jar to the /plugins folder

Reload / Restart the server and ta-da :D

====== Permissions ======

cc.cc - staff.

cc.cpc - anyone.

I know i need help it says you dont have a file uploaded when i do, and then when i try to re-upload it it says its already uploaded, please help D:
